FYI if you have an iPhone there is a free app called loseit!, and it gives you options for 1/2 to 2 lbs a week. it’s great to track calories carbs proteins fiber etc and exersize! anyhow… I’ve been watching your videos for about a year now and I love them!! I’m soooo excited about the upcoming ones because I’m an aspiring make up artist..

    thank you so much for these tips, i really need to lose weight because i’m going into a career where your physical body matters (i want to be in musicals on broadway which requires dancing and being fit) and i find it really hard to change my eating habits all at once but i did step 1 in your health plan and am slowly going into step 2, thanks!

    @FabulouslyRita counting calories is plain stupid. cus u never know how many calories u brun each day. it depends on ur weight, how much u work out/how busy ur day is etc and genetics. for eks ian thorpe eats 1200 calories a day and look at hes body.

    eat healthy and make sure u work out 3-4-5 times a week. when u work out u will not only burn more calories during training but the rest of the day.

    hi marlena, i have 2 questions. First, how long are your workout sessions? I tried to search online but it ranges from an 1/2 hr to 2 hrs a workout session. Second, did you include strength training in your excercise regiment? I also want to lose about 70 pounds but i worry about saggy skin lol. I recently started and have officially lost 12 pounds! I’m currently trying to cut back on starches, which actually wasn’t as hard as sugar since I love sweets.
