Guys this actually does work.. do it everyday for two weeks and you WILL see results. If your able to do it twice a day even better, although it is tiresome. Ab workouts are a pain to do i know, but keep doing this workout everyday (along with sum running and weightlifting) and you WILL have that sexy summer stomach your looking for
