I found the website called fatburner. cz. cc and i’ve lost 40lbs! It really works.
I am skeptical that … I am skeptical that it can be done to any great degree. Ask any bodybuilder — they will tell you that you have to either bulk or cut — not both at the same time.

Meant to say you’ll have ” enough of a calorie deficit to burn fat,..AND a portion of that deficit is being created by calories the muscles are taking from fat..to repair themselves. ” THAT is how muscle is built during a calorie deficit. You have to know what you’re doing. I’ve been succesfully doing this for years. If you bulk, you will not put on any additional muscle by this, BUT you’ll lose some of that muscle when you cut.
YES IT IS POSSIBLE … YES IT IS POSSIBLE to gain muscle in a calorie deficit…it’s done all the time. The idea of BULKING to put muscle on has gone the way of the dinasour. Your calorie deficit muscle be less then about 500 calories daily. You’ll have the calories to burn fat and repair muscle, but not enough for your body to set off alarm bells that it believes it’s starving and then switches to muscle as a calorie source to preserve fat. Occassionally on a CHEAT DAY you can burn SOME fat after a calorie excess.
Its impossible to … Its impossible to gain muscle mass in a calorie defecit….its also impossible to LOSE fat in a calorie excess environment. You can FLUCTUATE between caloric excess and defecit and in effect lose fat and gain muscle mass. However you will gain mass at a much much slower rate than if you simply periodized between bulking and cutting periods. For example…i always bulk for 3-4 months over autumn/winter and start a steady cut starting early spring. Dont put all your eggs in one basket.
i find that hard to … i find that hard to believe. you need amino acids, protein and water to build muscle. carbs are basicaly energy, you body turns carbs into sugar.. so what the are you talking about?
I hear ya. I just … I hear ya. I just listen to my body. That usually means eating what I crave and then working out. Every day. Consistently. Lots of cardio(an hour a day) w/ 100 minutes per week of lifting weights.
