    No weights, work concentrated muscles. You do a bicep curl and it works biceps. Do chin ups and it works back, lats, biceps, forarms, shoulders, etc. Unless you’re a heavy weight , the best fighters don’t use concentrated weights.

MMA fighters, boxers etc.. trust me pal resistance weight is important i respec tthe fact u worked with fighters and u are one ur self.. but i been muay thai boxing for over 9 years i do MMA now too.. n mate resistance i very important, things like squats, deadlifts, even benching.. it conditions ones body dude.. very important man dnt be naive

    It depends what kind of look you’re going for. If you want to look like him ok. But i’ve worked with a lot of fighters, I was one my self and most of us looked like Rambo. lol Now weights at all. Push up, chin ups, duck walks, lunges, jumping rope, stair sprints, etc,, I could go on for ever.

    I’ve heard this theory so many times and I have to say it isn’t 100% correct. I had a 8 pack when I use to run 5 miles 5 days a week outside. I was ripped. NO WEIGHTS. Push ups, chin ups, sit ups, etc was the only resistant training I did.

    Try to tell a marathon runner he is to fat because he is running to much..LOL

    How many fat marathon runners have you seen. There cardio is insane. They never pic up a weight. Same goes for a lot of fighters.

    I’m 15 and I weigh 150, and I also work out for 2 horus a day 5 days a week and it’s all muscle. If you’ve got flab, you should be worried. But don’t be upset about muscle weight. Be proud.
