No weights, work concentrated muscles. You do a bicep curl and it works biceps. Do chin ups and it works back, lats, biceps, forarms, shoulders, etc. Unless you’re a heavy weight , the best fighters don’t use concentrated weights.

I’ve heard this theory so many times and I have to say it isn’t 100% correct. I had a 8 pack when I use to run 5 miles 5 days a week outside. I was ripped. NO WEIGHTS. Push ups, chin ups, sit ups, etc was the only resistant training I did.
Try to tell a marathon runner he is to fat because he is running to much..LOL
How many fat marathon runners have you seen. There cardio is insane. They never pic up a weight. Same goes for a lot of fighters.

I’m 15 and I weigh 150, and I also work out for 2 horus a day 5 days a week and it’s all muscle. If you’ve got flab, you should be worried. But don’t be upset about muscle weight. Be proud.
